cherry sake flask
This small flask is made from locally harvested cherry wood in the Hudson Valley. use it for serving sake or as a small flower vase. The bottle is coated with layers of hand-brushed lacquer, derived from the sap of the lacquer tree, providing water resistance and enhanced durability. The process of applying lacquer involves first applying diluted lacquer, followed by a mixture of lacquer, clay, and water, and finally, several coats of pure lacquer to achieve its unique texture.

do not put in dishwasher. clean with cold water, wipe dry with soft cloth. store in a well-ventilated space out of direct sunlight.
